How do I install a face on a Samsung Galaxy Watch?
Install the face from Google Play on your phone and choose your watch as the device, or install it from Google Play on the watch. Then open the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Watch faces and select it, or long-press the current face on your watch and swipe to it.
How do I install a face on a Google Pixel Watch?
Install it from Google Play on your phone or watch. Then open the Pixel Watch app, tap Watch faces and add it, or long-press the current face on the watch, swipe to the end and tap Add.
I installed a face but it does not show up.
Give Google Play a minute to sync it to the watch, then long-press the current face and swipe to the end of the list. If it is still missing, check that the watch runs Wear OS 4 or newer (Wear OS 6 for faces marked 6+), open Google Play on the watch and look under Apps on this watch, then restart the watch.
Which watches are supported?
Every Wear OS 4 or newer watch: Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and later updated to One UI Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 5, 6, 7, 8 and Ultra, Google Pixel Watch 1 to 4 and other Wear OS 4+ watches. A few faces use newer features and need Wear OS 6; their page says Wear OS 6+. Tizen and Apple Watch are not supported.
How do I customise themes and complications?
Long-press the face and tap Customize (or Edit), then swipe between Theme, Always-on style and Complications. On Galaxy Watch you can also do it in the Galaxy Wearable app.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. Within 48 hours of buying you can request a refund in Google Play (Order history). After that, write to us at horae@codai.ro and we will help.
Do I have to pay again on a new watch?
No. A purchase belongs to your Google account; install it on any watch signed in with the same account.
Does a watch face drain my battery?
Horae faces contain no code and draw only what is on screen. The always-on mode lights a small fraction of pixels and pauses all animation.
