Google requires every new app to be tested by at least 12 people for 14 days in a row before it can launch. Please keep the face installed until the test ends, and tell us what you think.

Why 14 days?
It is a Google Play rule for new developer accounts: it proves an app works for real people before it goes public. You pay nothing for paid faces during the test.
