Who we are

Horae watch faces and this website are published by Dragos Catalin Vladulescu, a natural person in Romania ("we"). Contact: horae@codai.ro.

The watch faces collect nothing

Horae watch faces are built in Google's Watch Face Format. They contain no executable code, request no permissions and have no network access.

We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data through the watch faces. Nothing you do with a face is sent to us.

Health, weather and other values

Values such as heart rate, steps, battery and weather are provided and displayed by your watch's system software. The face only shows them on screen; they never leave the watch because of Horae and we never receive them.

Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policy. We receive only aggregate sales reports from Google and never your payment details.

This website

The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking at launch. It is served as static files by our hosting provider, which may keep standard technical access logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, for a limited time.

If you email us, we use your message only to answer you and keep it no longer than needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Write to horae@codai.ro to exercise them.

You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), www.dataprotection.ro.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children and are listed on Google Play for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update it here and change the effective date above.
