Who we are

Horae watch faces are published by Dragos Catalin Vladulescu, a natural person in Romania. Contact: horae@codai.ro.

Licence

When you install a Horae watch face, free or paid, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on watches linked to your Google account. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or modify the faces or their artwork.

Purchases and refunds

Paid faces are sold through Google Play. Payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service and refund policy.

Provided as is

The faces and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Values shown by a face (for example heart rate, steps or weather) come from your watch and are for information only, not for medical use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Trademarks

Horae and the face names are our trademarks. Google Play, Wear OS and Pixel Watch are trademarks of Google LLC; Galaxy Watch is a trademark of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.

Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version.
